For your convenience as a B’Gutzy member, all information that you provide to B’Gutzy is subject to B’Gutzy’s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date through the account page on the Website.
 
As a registered user of B’Gutzy, you agree to receive emails regarding your order, subscription status, and/or promoting any special offer(s), including third party offers. We may from time to time send you our email newsletter. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by emailing hello@bgutzy.com or selecting to unsubscribe as may be provided in the applicable e-mail correspondence.
 
Monthly Delivery
As a subscribed B’Gutzy member, once a month, we will ship you a package with a different selection of items from various brands. Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, B’Gutzy cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular timeframe will be available in any subsequent timeframe.

BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH.
 
Billing and Payments
All information that you provide to register with B’Gutzy including your credit card information is subject to B’Gutzy’s Privacy Policy. The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You will automatically be charged each month (on the anniversary of your registration) for your ongoing subscription until canceled. Accounts that are canceled prior to shipments do not automatically receive a refund because a shipment has already been generated to fulfill in the next batch mailing. If you’d like that shipment canceled and refunded, email hello@bgutzy.com.
 
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your account should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of Products.
 
We use a third party payment service, currently Stripe, in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant B’Gutzy the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that B’Gutzy will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service found at https://stripe.com. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
 
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify B’Gutzy within 30 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.
 
Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.
 
Returns and Exchanges
If a Product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To facilitate this, please contact us at hello@bgutzy.com. When returning Products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label. Please note credits resulting from the monthly charge are only available up to 30 days past the date of the charge. Refunds are at the sole discretion of https://bgutzy.com.
 
Local Taxes
You may be charged local sales tax or VAT, if applicable.
 
International Access
This Website may be accessed from countries other than the United States. This Website and the Services may contain products or references to products that are only available within the United States and U.S. territories. If you are not completely satisfied with B’Gutzy, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request a refund prior to your shipping day to be eligible for a refund.

THIS SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDES A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to friends, family or local organizations. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.

Multi-month pre-paid subscriptions

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If we discover that a person under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such person’s personal information from all B’Gutzy systems.

We retain the personal data that you provide to us when you registered with the B’Gutzy website and/or application or any other information that you volunteered while using the website and/or application for (i) as long as your account is active or (ii) otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. We retain any information provided as described in the Uses of Information below.

You have the right to request access to the information that B’Gutzy has on you. You can do this by contacting us at hello@bgutzy.com. In order to comply with your request, we may have to verify your identity. If you believe that the information that we have about you is incorrect, you are able to contact us at hello@bgutzy.com with the change request. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specific below will be deleted. You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that we have on you. If you wish to do so, please contact us at hello@bgutzy.com. Note thatB’Gutzy may not be able to delete any depersonalized data on you.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact or bill you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at hello@bgutzy.com.
 
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
